ATP was founded by Pasquale DeRosa, a maritime operations and applied technology professional with two decades of experience turning complex operational requirements into fielded capabilities across government and industry. Before founding ATP, Pasquale served as Senior Vice President of Technology Solutions at Ocean Aero, a venture-backed maritime autonomous systems company, where he lead senior Department of Defense innovation stakeholder engagement translating real world operational requirements to core platform and payload capabilities and helped to build a $100MM+ defense sales pipeline for the company's next generation AUSV platform.

At ATP, Pasquale brings that same disciplined approach and subject matter expertise to defense technology companies, national security organizations, government partners, and mission-driven businesses providing integrated technical, operational, acquisition, and program support for government and commercial customers operating throughout the maritime domain. From requirements development, market research, technology readiness, and acquisition planning through testing, fielding, operational support, contract oversight, and program execution, ATP provides customers with the expertise and reach needed to reduce risk, accelerate execution, and achieve mission objectives.
